The tenth Annual Luncheon at The Dorchester on Friday 20 October was a magnificent event and raised over £38,000 for our charity. Our warmest thanks to all of the supporters who attended and also to everyone who donated raffle prizes and auction items.
There were fifteen lucky winners in the raffle and the auction was skilfully directed by the talented Nicholas Bonham. The auction was enlivened by one of our supporters, on the day, donating a fabulous Tuscan holiday as the final lot.
Professor Roger Kirby and Chief Executive Brigadier John Anderson entertained with a double act that covered our charitys progress in recent years and our plans for the future.

Christopher Matthew, the author of the A A Milne spoofs Now We are Sixty and Now We are Sixty (and-a-Bit) made a most amusing speech. His poem Thingy describing his own prostate experiences was particularly well received.
The table gifts were once again kindly donated by our long time supporter, Aslam Merchant.
