Whatever your age or ability our 5km fun run, or walk, is a great way to get involved and help raise awareness and vital funds in the fight against all forms of prostate diseases. You can enter individually or as part of a team or family for £5 per person.   If a leisurely stroll is more your scene or if you are taking part with young children, we are more than happy for you to do as much or as little of the course as you can.

To help raise awareness, once again we are asking you to dress up 'Superman style' with your pants on the outside of your running clothes – the more colourful and outrageous they are the better. Remember, there will be prizes for best pants! Take a look at these pictures of last year's Pants in the Park.

You may register at the Welcome Desk on Sunday 22nd June for an entry charge of £10 for each runner payable in cash. Please be sure to check in at the Welcome Desk before 10:15am to allow sufficient time.
