June 15th 2008,
Isle of Wight Coastal Challenge

In June walkers undertook the ninth Annual Challenge for Prostate UK. Walking 69 miles in three days was no small feat; it is usually recommended that one takes 5 days to complete the circuit of the coastal path successfully. The walk encompassed the outstanding scenery across the Downs, the famous Needles, and seriously eroded, but wonderfully scenic, South Coast.

Spirits were high as walkers celebrated completion of the mission with a glass of champagne back in Shanklin. So far, thanks to your amazing generosity, we have raised over £80,000 to fulfil our mission to stop prostate diseases ruining lives.
